Three children gone missing in Karnali river

DHANGADHI: Three children from Doti district have gone missing while they were playing in a boat on Karnali river.

Umesh Pun Magar and Harka Pun Magar of Badikedaar Rural Municipality-3, and Harka Thapa Magar of Badikedaar Rural Municipality-5 went missing in the incident.

According to District Police Office, Doti, the boys went missing while rowing the boat at the conflux of Karnali and Thuligaad rivers at around 5:00, Wednesday evening.

Chief of Badikedaar Rural Municipality Krishna Bahadur Chand said that locals, as well as the police, are in search of the children.
