Shrestha re-elected

KATHMANDU: Nilendra Raj Shrestha has been re-elected as the President of South Asian Triathlon Association.

Shrestha, who is also the President of Nepal Triathlon Association, was elected unopposed for the next four years. Mahid Sarif of Maldives was elected the vice-president, while India’s Rakesh Gupta and Mahmudul Karim of Bangladesh were chosen as General Secretary and Treasurer respectively.

Sri Lanka’s Sam Wickramasinghe was elected as Member.

Shrestha and NTA Secretary Lalit Kumar Lama are currently in South Korea to participate in the ATF General Assembly.
