Rhino kills one in Chitwan

BHARATPUR: An elderly man has died on the spot after a rhinoceros attacked him here on Sunday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Gore Kumar (72) of Kalika Municipality-4 of Chitwan district.

The animal attacked him as he was collecting wild vegetables in the Panchakanya Community Forest area of Ratnanagar Municipality-11.

The body is currently at Bharatpur Hospital, for post-mortem, the District Police Office Chitwan said.
