DHADING: Two persons were killed while another sustained serious injuries in truck accident at Netrawati of Dabjong Rural Municipality on Tuesday.
The District Police Police identified the deceased as Bheg Bahadur Tamang and Dal Bahadur Tamang both hailing from Gangajamuna Rural Municipality-4 in the district.
According to DPO Spokesperson Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Lok Nath Timilsina, the seriously injured person has been airlifted to Kathmandu for further treatment.
A truck (Ba 5 Kha 4728) laden with goods was headed to Kolchat from Netrawati before falling 400 metres down the road, killing two and injuring one another this morning, informed the locals.
Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, police said.
