Sanima Bank Limited has held its 16th annual general meeting where it approved 10% bonus shares and 3.60% cash dividend. The bank earned a net profit of Rs1.78 billion last fiscal year with total assets size of Rs126.31 billion. Compared to the previous fiscal year it is an increase of 15.81%.
