DHANGADI, DECEMBER 14
Seti Provincial Hospital in Sudurpaschim Province has started providing treatment for neurological diseases for the first time in the province.
Chief of Seti Provincial Hospital Dr Hem Raj Pandey said neuro patients had started receiving treatment in the hospital from November 27. “Seti Provincial Hospital is the first hospital to provide this service in the province,” he said and added that neurologists had been appointed on contract basis for the service.
He further said people of the province would receive better service at low cost from the government health facility. “The treatment cost will be less compared to private hospitals,” he said. People of the province can now receive quality service at minimum expense.
Earlier, they were compelled to reach private health facilities and spend a huge amount of money. The hospital also said ENT service would also be provided in the near future.
