Business Oxygen Private Limited (Bo2) has signed a shareholders’ agreement (SHA) with Genese Solutions, a multinational cloud consulting company. With the new investment, Genese will now expand its hybrid cloud services, Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications and training to Nepal.
