City Express Money Transfer and international money transfer app TapTap Send— which lets users send money to Asia and Africa– have collaborated to facilitate remittance transfer from the UK to Nepal. Payments can be received from 12,000 City Express payout locations across Nepal. The partnership aims to expand operations beyond cash collections to include direct bank and mobile wallet transfers.
The partnership follows a formal agreement between City Express Managing Director Chandra Tandan and Tap Tap Send Director Michael Faye.
