Buddha Air has increased the frequency of its flights including night flights due to increased domestic demand. Pokhara now has the most number of flights at 11 per day followed by Bharatpur and Bhairahawa at 10 each and Biratnagar and Simara have 9 and eight each respectively. Poor highway conditions, a post-lockdown economic revival and affordable fares have contributed to increased demand. Buddha has the largest domestic fleet with 15 aircraft.
