KATHMANDU: A person died after a motorcycle hit him in Pokhara Metropolitan City-3 of Kaski district on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as local Masini Pariyar (65).
According to police, Pariyar was hit by the motorcycle (Ga 7 Pa 9203) while he was walking along the road, injuring him. Pariyar was rushed to Fishtail Hospital where he breathed his last during the course of treatment, informed police.
Meanwhile, police have impounded the motorcycle and detained the motorcyclist for further investigation.
